GetPrintedBBox clipping the image

Hello,

i am using itemShape->GetPrintedBBox to get the bounding box of the printable area of a shape. If I have a rule above / below set with a negative indent so that the rule is drawn outside of the box, GetPrintedBBox clips the ends of the rule off.

Is there a better way, one that includes my rule ends?
